1. The prize draw (the „Prize Draw“) is open to people aged 18 and over who are or become a fan of Wever & Ducré on Instagram.

2. Employees or agencies of Wever & Ducré (thereafter “Wever & Ducré”, “We”), its related companies and the extend group of companies of XAL as well as their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.

3. Participants of the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. To take part in the Prize Draw, you follow @weverducre on Instagram and post a picture of you in front of the Wever & Ducré Instagram Wall at the address “Dam 71,8500 Kortrijk” and use the Hashtag #weverducre. The winner will be chosen randomly.

5. Only one post per person with a public account. The entry of private accounts, whose posts are not visibly to everyone, is not accepted. Posts on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint posts are not allowed.

6. Wever & Ducré accepts no responsibility for posts that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. We reserve the right to report or delete posts containing inappropriate or offensive content. Proof of the post and entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

7. Entries to the Prize Draw will be accepted from 19.10.2023. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 05.11.2023, 11:59 pm, and the winner will be announced on 06.11.2023. Posts received outside this time period will not be considered.

8. Out of the entire posts in accordance with these Terms & Conditions 1 (one) person will be eligible to win 1 (one) “ROOMOR FLOOR 1.2” standing lamp by Wever & Ducré in the color of the winners choice. The winner will be selected at random. The draw will take place on 06.11.2023.

9. The winner will receive a luminaire worth EUR 504,20.

10. Wever & Ducré accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

11. The winner will be notified on 06.11.2023 per private message on Instagram and must provide an adequate postal address for delivery to claim their prize. Alternatively, they can collect the prize in the showroom of Wever & Ducré (Spinnerijstraat 99/21, 8500 Kortrijk, Belgium) by prior appointment.

If the winner does not respond to Wever & Ducré within 14 days of being notified by Wever & Ducré, then the winner‘s prize will be forfeited and Wever & Ducré shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If the winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner‘s prize will be forfeited and Wever & Ducré shall be entitled to select another winner.

12. The prize will be sent to the winner by Wever & Ducré by post. Alternatively, the winner can collect the prize from the showroom in Spinnerijstraat 99/21, 8500 Kortrijk, Belgium by prior appointment.

13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other products.

14. Wever & Ducré retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

15. The winner can be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on Wever & Ducré‘s reasonable request. The winner agrees that Wever & Ducré, its related companies and the extended group companies of XAL are entitled to use the winner‘s voice, image, photograph, post and name before and after conclusion of the Prize Draw, for an indefinite period, for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Wever & Ducré, XAL and their related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited period of time.

16. The winner agrees that their data being automatically processed by Wever & Ducré during this competition. This data will not be disclosed to third parties but may be used by Wever & Ducré for the purposes as described above.

17. Wever & Ducré accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by an attendee because of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Wever & Ducré further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to an attendee or any other person ‘s computer or mobile device relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.

18. Wever & Ducré reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice.

19. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Belgian law excluding the conflict of law rules and the Laws in treaties. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any claims out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be Kortrijk, Belgium.
